ORIGIN STORY
Erik Massimino is a 5x emmy-nominated media professional with extensive experience in the industry. More importantly, he is a dreamer. In 6th grade, Erik managed to convince his parents to allow him to dabble with the family video camera and discover his passion. At the age of 16, his entrepreneurial instincts inspired him to take the $1,800 he had saved for a car and instead invest in his first professional camera, the Panasonic HMC-40. Mastering this camera allowed him to, obtain his first clients, buy his first car, and start a fulfilling career. In the years to follow, Erik was honored with over a dozen national awards for his work in college, launched Erik Massimino Productions, LLC, and built an impressive roster of clients.
Client projects allowed his team to gain recognition in creative concept development, producing, casting, location scouting, shooting/directing, editing, distribution, and everything in between.
Bringing a wide range of experience to the table, Erik has also worked collaboratively as part of larger teams. His background includes camera operation for high-end weddings, field audio engineering for the MLB World Series and NHL Stanley Cup Finals, camera operation for New York Fashion Week, PGA Championship, and several events for Reebok and Adidas, and on-air graphics operation for the TODAY Show, MSNBC, Royal Weddings, Presidential Elections, 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games, 2020ne Tokyo Olympic Summer Games, 2022 Beijing Olympic Winter Games and 2024 Paris Olympic Summer Games Opening Ceremony.
